The most noticeable feature is the addition of a zoom function to most of the weapons in Bionic. When zoomed in, players are slightly slowed and there is no accuracy boost. The sole purpose of zooming is to make distant players easier to attack. Shotgun Secondary Fire The shotgun has a new function! Holding down your secondary fire (right mouse button) will fire many shells quickly. The faster shots will shoot only half as many shotgun pellets (4 instead of 8) and they will burn through ammo fast. Use wisely. Hit Effects There's better feedback for getting damaged. The screen will tint red when you are hurt, and the effect for hitting a player plays a distinct zap sound! Other Most other changes were more behind the scenes. Bots now cannot see players through smoke, and grenades have been bug fixed. Weapons you select will be remembered next time you respawn, and the scoreboard shows a timer along with team scores.
